Andrew Gelman tells us how NOT to do data analysis

An April fool's joke? Yes.

A well-deserved broad swipe at economists? Yes.

It's also very funny, if you read Gelman regularly and have a peculiar sense of humor. At least I appreciated it.

I liked Mankiw's less subtle joke too.
